  • What is service accommodation?

    Serviced accommodation consists of fully furnished rental properties that come with amenities and services comparable to hotels. It offers a temporary housing option with flexible lease arrangements, ideal for guests seeking mid- to long-term stays.

  • Do we take a security deposit?

    Yes we do. We require a security deposit that typically starts from £100 however, it varies depending on the property and length of stay. This is to maintain and protect the standard of the property.

    The deposit is processed a day before your arrival. The card will not be charged but may appear as a pending transaction. The deposit is released two days after check-out, following a property inspection. it may take a few days for the funds to return your account. If any damage is identified or if any of the terms and conditions are violated, the deposit may be withheld accordingly.

  • How can guests check in?

    There is a self-service check in procedure making it easy for you! Instructions are sent to guest on the day of arrival.

    We usually use a KeyNest or Key Safe. KeyNest is a safe that stores the key and can only be accessed with a collection code. These are usually stored in a local store close to the property.

    Key Safe is a small safe that is installed close to the property that can be accessed with a combination code.

  • What are the check in and check out times?

    Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11:00am. We may be able to accommodate to an early check in and late check out however, this cannot be guaranteed. Please let us know with at least 24 hours notice and we will try our best.

  • Are we registered with PRS and ICO?

    Yes, we are registered with the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). This ensures that we comply with all GDPR regulations and provides landlords with confidence, knowing that any complaints can be addressed and resolved by an independent third party experienced in handling consumer disputes.

  • Can my booking be extended?

    Yes! If we have the availability we will be happy to extend your booking as per the nightly rate. Get in touch with us at least 24 hours notice so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • Can we smoke inside the property?

    Due to health and safety, smoking is strictly prohibited inside our properties.

  • How are we different to traditional tenants?

    Signature Estates is different to traditional rentals as we offer the Landlord the following benefits such as guaranteed rent, property management at no cost, professional regular cleaning and minor property maintenance handled by us!

  • As a Landlord, will my property be safe?

    At Signature Estates, the security of all our serviced accommodation properties is our top priority. To ensure their safety, we put various measures in place, including signing terms and conditions, collecting holding deposits, requesting ID copies, installing surveillance cameras and noise detectors.

  • What amenities are included?

    Our service accommodations are fully furnished including WiFi, kitchen appliances, linens and more depending on the property.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Pet policy vary depending on the property. Please check details in the listing which should outline this. Any questions get in touch with us.

    We are available to answer any questions or assist with problems you may face during your stay.
