Your Roles and Responsibilities as Landlord

Maintain the structure and exterior of the property such as ensuring that the boiler and electricity are kept in good repair and operational.

Make sure that the appropriate insurance coverage for corporate leasing is obtained to cover the building's intended use.

Confirm that all required safety and environmental certificates, such as gas safety, electrical safety, and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), are up to date and properly in place.
